ACTIVATION

At the start of every day this week, invite the Holy Spirit to be a part of all you do.

Pray the prayer David prayed in the Psalms 139: “Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”

Look at yourself in the mirror and declare over yourself: You are teachable and open to God’s wisdom in your life.

Be kind and compassionate towards yourself through the process.
