Kevin Ikeda is CEO of Ikeda Innovations, a Kingdom-minded IT consultancy. He passionately creates highly engaged cultures at small and large scale while growing organizations through the development of hard and soft skills. He was Vice President of the Software Practice at Science Applications International Corporation (NYSE: SAIC) where in 2018 he grew the organization by 250 to 2,400 engineers while delivering cultural retention 5% better than the national average. While a P&L manager at SAIC, he tripled the size of his organization in three years through cultural and business development transformations. He has held Program Management, and Software Development leadership positions and prior positions include lead software engineer at the Fischer & Porter Company where he developed the division’s most successful software product through a market-focused approach. He was co-founder of a digital musical instrument startup and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
