Dr. Tim serves on the Executive Team for Christian International Apostolic Network, and on the Pastoral Team of his local assembly: Vision Church @ Christian International.
Her passion is in the development of people, which are the greatest resource of any organization. This is modeled through her training entitled “Higher Living Leaders” where individuals discover their validation quotient—the attributes that unleash personal leadership value, generate it in others, and positively transform culture.
She, alongside her husband, pioneered Giving Light Christian Fellowship in Elizabethville, PA. Over 34 years later, they continue to see God’s hand at work within the vision to “equip all ages to discover destiny and activate purpose for local and global Kingdom impact.” Dr. Hilton is ordained and under the oversight of Christian International Apostolic Network (CIAN) founded by Bishop Bill Hamon. She and her husband, Steven, serve on the board of governors to Christian International as well as regional oversight for the Mid-Atlantic Region within the Apostolic Network. In 2002, she founded International Training Center, which continues to expand with a passion to equip and empower emerging and established leaders.
She is the author of two books, Double Honor: Uprooting Shame in Your Life and Higher Living Leadership: Influence Societal Design and an Instrument of Justice.

With a practical, down-to-earth style, Katie believes that whether speaking in front of a crowd, or creating strategies behind a desk, we were created to be change-makers and forerunners in today’s world. She believes in tearing down personal and societal barriers so that we can model and lead successful and healthy lives and cultures.
In addition, Katie leads Giving Light’s prophetic ministry and has a strong conviction that when we can hear and obey the voice of God without fear, we can change the world for good.
Rebecca’s core motivation is to make a difference. She aims to do this by inspiring potential and strengthening emotional competencies. Her goal is to help reveal the innate “real,” unchanging nature of a person, which allows them to see who they truly are. Through coaching, she assists in developing people to become top performing leaders.
In addition, she currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Giving Light Christian Fellowship, and has the honor of serving on the board of advisors for International Training Center, an organization committed to raising up leaders for platforms of influence.
